FedEx · Global Logistics
Customer Journey Framework
Challenge
As a global logistics giant, FedEx faced a go-to-market approach that was too broad and constrained by traditional organizational silos. The existing messaging failed to address the distinct, competing priorities of commercial, technical, and C-suite stakeholders—causing valuable market opportunities to slip through the cracks.
Solution
To break down these internal silos, we launched a deep, data-driven insights initiative. Synthesizing hard data, depth interviews, desk research, and immersive "day in the life of" sessions, we mapped the entire buying cycle. This research defined key pain points, personas, and touchpoints across 8 complete customer journeys within the "Customer Corridor." These insights served as the foundation for a completely new, organization-wide market proposition.
